With La Trobe University’s 150th anniversary fast approaching, there was a pressing need to deliver a high-quality commemorative publication that honoured the institution’s legacy. The challenge lay in balancing rich archival content with contemporary design, managing input from multiple stakeholders, and achieving flawless production — all within a tight timeline and with high public expectations.

DESIGN IMPACT

The 220-page hardcover book, Memories & Milestones, was delivered on time and became the centrepiece of the Bendigo celebration. It successfully wove together narratives and imagery into a cohesive, visually rich publication that honoured La Trobe’s history and impact on wider community. Widely reconised for its production quality and emotional resonance, the book stands as a lasting artefact of pride and legacy.
